On famed Sapodilla Bay in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, a contemporary 3 bedroom villa where the indoors and outdoors meet effortlessly. As you walk through the front entrance, the shimmering turquoise-blue water will astound you.
The open design of the house allows a view of the Caribbean Sea from every room, beginning the moment you walk through the entrance. The 32-foot wall of glass doors that enclose the living area and kitchen completely opens onto the screened porch. You can also open the remote-controlled wall of screens and fully enjoy the outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every room, although the cross-breezes rarely make them necessary.
LIVING AREA: The main level features seating options perfect to enjoy the view, read a book or watch television. There is a stereo system when you can play your CD's or plug-in your MP3 player. The screened porch has a spacious dining area, comfortable cushioned chairs and a convenient bar-refrigerator. A powder room is found just off the front entry of the home, to keep bedroom suite areas private.
KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a quick breakfast, a poolside snack, or a gourmet meal. The maple cabinetry and breakfast bar were custom made on the island. The design includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a limestone mosaic backsplash, and paintings by a local Turks and Caicos artist. When you don't want to cook or grill, there is a lovely waterside restaurant and bar you can walk to, or there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants, ranging from very casual to sophisticated gourmet. We will be happy to provide recommendations. There are three bedrooms with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach, mingling with the sound of the trade winds as they gently rustle the leaves of the palm trees. Each room has an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, when AC is desired. (Air conditioning in the bedrooms is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open and is charged back to the guests at cost).
Each room includes:
* Vaulted cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans * Comfortable mattress and 500 count luxury sheets
* Custom bathroom vanities with locally-made conch shell counter tops
* Hair dryers
MAIN LEVEL KING SUITE: Sliding glass doors open onto the main deck, pool and views of the turquoise ocean. The ensuite bathroom features a dressing area and walk-in shower with pebble-floor and double sinks.
UPSTAIRS QUEEN SUITE: Suite features a four-poster bed, built-in mahogany dresser, and sliding glass doors onto the pergola covered balcony. Perfect as a quiet reading spot or as an elevated sunset view. The shower has louvered windows with a view of the bay.
UPSTAIRS KING/TWIN SUITE:This room can be made up as a King bed, or as two twin beds if preferred. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide a full view of the bay. On the glorious beach of Sapodilla Bay, the main level deck offers space for outdoor dining, lounging, reading and swimming in the pool. The patio is surrounded by flowers and lush island vegetation and provides seclusion from the outside world. At the end of the day, it is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the ocean.
THE BEACH: Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on. The bay is calm and shallow for a long distance out and is a great swimming beach for both children and adults. The beach is very secluded and you will often be the only ones there. Swim at dawn under the pink morning sky and swim at night under the stars. A short, winding boardwalk takes you from the pool to the sand.
THE POOL: The pool has a beach entry access - one end of the pool is shallow enough to provide a gradual transition into the pool or function as a wading pool for small children. The pool uses a new salt-generating system instead of chlorine and is very gentle to the skin and eyes. The deck has a table for alfresco dining and there are enough pool chairs and loungers for everyone. At night, it is idyllic for stargazing and viewing the lights of sailboats moored in the bay.
SUNSETS: This sought after beachfront location offers unobstructed, panoramic sunsets. Watch for the green flash as the sun melts into the water.

We have been blessed to travel fairly extensively throughout the Caribbean. For the last 12 years we've taken family vacations there, and have rented 3-4 bedroom villas in a variety of destinations. This year our vacation was at Villa Blue Heaven, on Provo, and everyone agreed that it was the best one yet! The minute you walk in the front door, you are struck by the panoramic view of Sapodilla Bay, and that beautiful view is evident virtually everywhere in the house. We didn't realize before our trip that there is a large panel screen that is electrically controlled, and can be put down when you are concerned about insects getting in. It certainly doesn't detract from the view. The pool deck is right outside, and it is very spacious, again with a great view of the bay. We loved the pool for our two young grandchildren, as it has a gradual 'beach' entry that was very safe for them. The water was warm and very clean. The best part of the experience is the short walk down a wooden walkway to the beach. It is very close, but separated by beautiful gardens for privacy. However, the 15 yard or so walk puts you right on Sapodilla Bay Beach, and it is truly gorgeous. It is clean, very shallow, and many times there were very few people on the beach besides our family. We often used the provided paddle boards and kayaks, and saw sea turtles in the bay almost every morning. There was some decent snorkeling in an area near the opening of the bay on the left, and around a shipwreck just outside the bay. The house itself is very nice and has everything that you need, including WIFI, free calls to the USA and Europe, and Satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds and furniture are all every comfortable. On-site management was great...We had a very small issue, told them there was really no hurry to fix it, and they were there in 30 minutes! There is tremendous attention to detail there, all to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. We love Provo, and have been there five times. Grace Bay is nice, and there is a lot to do there. But we love the quiet and seclusion that Sapodilla Bay affords. We rented a car in order to be able to get around, but we seldom used it. We just did not want to leave that house! We loved Villa Blue Heaven, and I really don't know that I will be able to find a nicer place anywhere else. Truly fabulous!
This was my "5"year in a row, back to this amazing house. My husband and I have traveled to a lot of islands in the past and we have never found a place more beautiful than this place. It all starts when you arrive and open the front door. You stand there and are sooo taken back by the beauty of the view. Then you look around at the house and your more in love. Every year we go back, they have zdded something new. This year it was paddle boards ,year before a beautiful gazebo. My husband and I now refer to this house as our second home. It's a place to relax and take in all its beauty .I couldn't say enough about this house and the people who work there. You must experience this place in your lifetime. Trust me you Will Not be disappointed. My track record says it all.Just don't take my week!
We've been to many islands and rented homes, but this takes the cake. There's nothing missing to make this the perfect Caribbean vacation. Provo itself is great, but once you enter this home you will not want to venture anywhere else. No one will ever say, "I wish we spent less time at the Villa". In Provo, Grace Bay is the city, but Sapodilla is the country, and what else do you want from a beach vacation but beauty and relaxation. Capt Bill's boat excursion even picks you up on the beach! Swim with turtles 100 yds from shore. Hike to historic carvings, kayak, paddleboard, snorkel...Villa Blue Heaven has it all.
This is a well designed Villa that takes full advantage of the views and provides ideal privacy. You definately experience the 'wow' factor the moment you walk through the front door. The beach was pristine and perfectly suited for kayaking and paddleboarding. There was a surprise shipwreck around the point that added to the mystic of this location. Inside the Villa, it was fully equipped and comfortable enough for 3 adult couples and 2 children.
Wow! That's what we all said when we entered the house. We were immediately astonished by the view. Exactly as the pictures showed! What a great relaxing vacation! First time we did it, but certainly not the last. After looking at the villas in Sapodilla bay, we were certain we chose the right one. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. We were 2 families of 4 (children 14-12-11 and 9 years old) and the house was perfect for us. We snorkeled right in the bay, saw a couple of turtles, scampies, crabs, a lot of starfishs and different species of fishes. We came here thinking we would relax at the beach during the days and eat out most of the nights. We planned eating in 2 times but ended up eating out 2 times since we were so cozy at the villa. Both times, we went to Las Brisas and it was very good. The beach is great, the house is great, the pool is great! What a great vacation! We're just waiting to go back.
We stayed at Villa Blue Heaven in November to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. The villa, pool and beach are all amazing. We had 5 adults and two small children (ages 3 and 16 months) stay in the villa, and it was perfect. The pool has a gradual entry, which is especially great for young kids. We have been to many other beaches in the Caribbean and Mexico, and this was by far the most calm, beautiful beach I have ever seen. The water is so clear and shallow, which made it so easy for our little ones to play in. We went to a couple of different beaches during our stay, all beautiful, but quickly realized we were staying on the best beach on the island! One of favorite parts about this villa was the giant, retractable screen window, where we enjoyed watching the sunset with cocktails every evening. This was a perfect place to celebrate and relax with our family. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We hope to be lucky enough to return to Villa Blue Heaven one day.
We stayed at the Villa Blue Heaven and had the best time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The beach is spectacular. We went over to the resort side a few times but found ourselves coming back home as it was way more enjoyable there. Highly recommend this place. The beach is pretty secluded and often times we were the only ones there. Fantastic trip!
Our stay at the Blue Heaven was amazing. Our jaws dropped the minute we entered the house. The view was insane, all you saw was blue. The layout of the home was perfect, we never felt seperated from family. The sand could not be any softer and the water could not be more perfect than here at Sapodilla Bay. The pictures do not do this home justice. We truly felt like this was our home. We will def be back.
We were extremely pleased with our stay at Villa Blue Heaven. The villa was very clean and well equipped and there was a mid-week maid service which was much appreciated. We loved the fabulous pool and deck, which had a gorgeous view of the ocean; the beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever been on; and the cross breezes of the island kept things pretty airy even in the height of summer. Thanks for a lovely stay!
We just returned from spending the most amazing week in Villa Blue Heaven. There are not enough words to describe how perfect this villa is. Plan on staying because once you arrive, you will not want to leave. Each time we went out we couldn't wait to get back "home"! There is nothing missing in the villa. The stereo system with speakers down to the beach was hardly turned off. Wifi allowed us to get in touch with the families we left home via Skype or FaceTime. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking every meal. The gas grill outside was used almost everyday (along with the blender and ice maker!!) The bedrooms are beautiful. The dining area is perfectly comfortable for sitting and chatting long into the night. As so many others have said before, the pictures don't even compare to what you will see upon walking through the front door. Do not hesitate to stay at Villa Blue Heaven! I know we'll be back!
While our family had high expectations for this vacation and specifically, Villa Blue Heaven...nothing prepared us for the view when walking through the front door for the first time. My wife and I and our three teenagers (18,16 and 115) simply stood in silence to capture the moment. The entire back of the house is "open" via the use of very cleverly designed louvered doors. The view of the entire Sapodilla Bay,along with the calm clear vibrant blue waters,is world class! We have been many places in the world...this location and villa are right at the top The villa is one of very comfortable luxury. It is obvious this house was built after a lot of consideration of how to make it a home...not just a rental property. It was ideal that each bedroom had its own private upscale bathroom. The pergola is a quiet spot for reading and playing some board games or taking a nap. Every amenity was available..of partiular notice were the plentiful beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks...which minimized our packing and eliminated the extra hidden costs of this type of vacation.
Villa Blue Heaven is everything described on their website and more. We visited with another couple and our two daughters (14 and 20 years). Unassuming from the street, we were transfixed the moment we stepped through the front door of the villa to an open air view of turquoise Sapodilla Bay, enhanced by the pastel reflection of "aqua" water in fluffy clouds. The entire villa is beautifully appointed and landscaped. We fell in love immediately . . . The pristine infinity pool brings the bay view to your toes. When we wanted to shade the patio or relax bug free outside, all we had to do was push a button and the patio was automatically a screened veranda. The entire rear is also easily secured entirely by a glass enclosure door system. No matter which of the three lovely en suite bedrooms we were in, there was a gorgeous view of sailboats on the bay every morning. Every architectural and functional detail of Blue Heaven is so well thought out: a great working kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil/appliance you possibly need, a separate powder room by the front door (no need to invade the first floor Master Bath), a great laundry room . . .everything is top of the line, new & in excellent working condition. Each bedroom is better than the next . . . no one will feel cheated . . . the en suite bathrooms are fab. (each has it's own linen closet with plenty of towels) The beach is just a stones throw from the patio/pool. . . soft white sand, shallow, calm, turquoise water with turtles swimming by. The beach was virtually private. There are chaises by the pool, on the beach and folding beach chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of extra beach towels too! It is the first island vacation we have been on where we couldn't tear ourselves away from the house . . . we just couldn't find a better place to be . . . except one of the great T&C; restaurants! Our favorite vacation ever, we treasure the memories!
My husband and I stayed at Villa Blue Heaven for our Honeymoon and had the best time. Sapodilla Bay was beautiful and the water was always calm, perfect for our daily swims and kayaks (There are 2 kayaks that guests can use while staying at the house). We loved exploring the island on the kayaks and can honestly say that Villa Blue Heaven is located on the perfect spot. The privacy was great and just what we wanted. Most importantly, my husband was so excited to catch Bonefish right behind the house. We also really enjoyed being able to cook a lot of our meals at the house. The restaurants were great, but its nothing like purchasing fresh lobster tails from the market and cooking it on the grill as the sun goes down on the bay. We will definitely come back to Turks and Caicos and stay at Villa Blue Heaven.
My husband and I returned to Villa Blue Heaven - this time with our family (son, daughter, their spouses and our 3 year old granddaughter Lilly. The pictures do not lie -- the house is perfect (island elegance, but invites you to relax and be comfortable) and we all had our own space and privacy (each bedroom has its own bathroom) and the living area was spacious - perfect for lounging, meals, music and fun. The pool and patio feel like part of the house and then you just walk down a short wooden path and the beach is right there! Gorgeous soft sand that goes right into the clear, turquoise, shallow rippling bay (absolutely perfect for Lilly). And we love the addition of the pergola along the path - it is a beautiful relaxing spot out of the sun, but still on the beach. We enjoyed all the restaurants we went to and especially Las Brises which we could all walk to (they also have take-out -the paella was excellent). The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking, convenience and dining, but I tried not to cook-in too often! The island really does have something for everyone - some of us rode horses on the beach (Provo Ponies) and some went off-shore fishing or diving (Turtle Cove). Our only problem was that nobody really wanted to leave Villa Blue Heaven for even a small part of the day. Thank you for our trip to paradise on Sapodilla Bay- we can't wait to return
Warning: This review will be filled with nothing but superlatives. We were at Sapodilla Bay during the first full week of February and it couldn't have been more idyllic. First the facts: the house is beautiful and well appointed. The owners obviously care about quality as well as aesthetics and it shows. The grounds are well manicured, with a lovely new pergola that we used for everything from a torchlight, chef-created dinner to watching sunsets. And the beach...well, the beach...let's just say that, when you fantasize about a Caribbean vacation, you are dreaming of the beach at Sapodilla Bay. And all of the above are just facts. Then there is the art and beauty of it all. A dreamscape. Walking into the house the senses explode at the view that greets you: an open wall looking out onto the azure blue bay. The fine white sand of the beach gives soft landing on your run into the warm, clear water...sailboats rocking softly in the bay...85 degree sunshine bathing your body...and the sunsets, ahh, the sunsets. Magnificent enough that we timed whatever activities were doing for the day (horseback riding in the surf, deep sea fishing, sailing, napping, etc.) so that we were on the beach, large glass of local Bambarra Reserve rum or other elixir in hand, to watch the golden sunsets...every evening slightly different but always mesmeric. And to make things even more romantic, after the evening's repast, we would let each day slip into history by watching the moon set over the bay. Well worth timing your vacation to see. As you've gathered by now, we had a fantastic time at Sapodilla Bay and can't wait to go back! You will to0!!
I just returned from a one week trip to Turks and Caicos, staying at Villa Blue Heaven and did not want to come home. We were a group of 6 adults (my husband, and two other couples) and we fit more than comfortably in this beautiful house. The location could not be more perfect. You are on the calmest, softest beach on the island that is literally steps from the patio. The kayaks, provided by the house, were a ton of fun and we used them to go far out in the bay and then snorkel. The views are out of this world. The pool was perfect and it was so nice to have the zero entry/sunbathing deck aspect. We had some of our best dinners cooking in and sitting comfortably at the patio table for 6. Each bedroom having its own bath was perfect for privacy. There was literally a stunning view from each room. This was also the best appointed kitchen from any rental I have ever stayed in. We were able to cook everything from pasta for 6 to brownies and were able to set the table with linens and place mats. All 6 of us said this was the most relaxed we have been on a vacation in a very long time. Looking forward to a return trip at some point. Even though we all came without our small kids, we did all notice that it was such an ideal setup to come back with them.
We arrived at Villa Blue Heaven on a Saturday afternoon and with-in mins of our arrival our 2 children ages 7 and 9 were on the beach and in the water. That was basically how our time was spent. The beach was the calmest child friendly beach we had ever been on and the sand was the softest white sand we had ever felt. We built some awesome sand castles and enjoyed some great family time in the water. We used the 2 kayaks almost everyday to explore the bay, watch sea turtles and to do a little snorkeling. We also rented wave runners right down the beach. Our 9 year old still talks about the fun he had. Even though we spent the majority of our vacation on the beach and by the pool (especially every afternoon for happy hour) we did venture out to snorkel at one of the islands underwater nature preserves. It was such a great learning experience for our kids to see. The house... what can I say, every room had a spectacular view. When you opened the glass doors it extends the living area right out to the pool. The master suite or suites, all 3 bedrooms were a suite! The linens were the softest we had ever had on any vacation before. Each bedroom had it's own private bath and the two upstairs suites shared a balcony with a panoramic view of the entire beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with the everything you could possibly need. We cooked at home a few times and did venture out for dinner. You must walk a half a mile to Las Brisas, if not for dinner at least for drinks. The house also includes internet, dvd players, cable tv, and ipod hook ups so you can listen to your favorite music throughout. We could not think of anything that this place needs.
Stayed here with our 10 yr.old daughter. The view, sunsets, open air, pool and crystal clear water are amazing. Plenty to keep us busy, if we chose. Kayaks at the house. Jet ski rental-1 min away, horseback riding on nearby beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, great restaurant choices (can walk to fabulous restaurant, Las Brisas. We can not wait to return. Great for families and couples alike.
We spent a week at Villa Blue Heaven and the house and beach were really spectacular! When we first walked in through the front door, we all just starting screaming - the entire view is of sparkling, turquoise water. There is a huge screen that runs across the front of the house that opens and closes with a button. We left it open most of the time and the whole house feels like it is part of the outside. The sand is so soft, and the water is so clear that you can always see to the bottom. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you can think of. It is the perfect size for three couples. We sat outside late every night, just feeling the breeze and watching for falling stars. It was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we loved the island and everyone we met. We were so sad to leave and hope to come again.
We had a fabulous time!!! It was so hard to leave this beautiful home! The water temp was perfect in the pool and in the ocean...we swam and swam! We had some great lobster meals at the house and had some fantastic meals out as well. The water at Sapodilla Bay is amazing-the clearest water we have ever seen! We all hope to return again.....maybe next October-we would love that! Thank you!
