The Sea Edge Cottage is on the left/East from the perspective of the ocean. It offers stylish beachfront living. The beach level of the cottage consists of a contemporary and nicely outfitted kitchen as well as a comfortable living area complete with a 40" Google TV. For convenience, there is a powder room located on the beach level as well. Stylish glass doors disappear and invite the gorgeous views inside.
The bedroom is located on the second floor and offers awe inspiring views. Dramatic glass doors disappear and reveal the stunning vistas. It's en-suite bath features a large circular granite soaking tub with views over the beach and ocean.
Multiple terraces offer unending views of Grace Bay as well as Turtle Bay Marina.
Sea Edge is located on the Western end of famous Grace Bay Beach where it's a more quiet pace than the main hotel area.
The lovely private swimming pool is set on deck with a place for alfresco dining for two or a sunset cocktail.
The property is located at the Western end of Grace Bay Beach and offers a more secluded feel away from the hotels. It, however, still is in a very convenient area and walking distance to quite a few restaurants.
*With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. We suggest wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery. A short walk beyond the rocks, however, brings you to a nice sandy area for swimming.
Sea Edge Cottage is an ideal retreat for two.

Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which it is charged at the current rate. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter located on the east side of the house where you may monitor AC usage if you wish.
Please note Sea Edge Cottage rents Saturday-Saturday only.
Note - A rocky strip exists between the sand and the water in this area, hence great snorkeling. The rocks disappear entirely a few hundred yards down the beach.
